Overview

A support programme for early-stage startups. I audited their architectures, wrote action plans, and helped the teams carry out the changes.

The problem

The startups were at very different levels of maturity, with scalability bottlenecks and architecture gaps, and small teams that needed practical next steps rather than reports.

The approach

An action plan per startup with implementation-ready recommendations, Terraform and AWS patterns for repeatable provisioning, migrations from Docker Compose to Kubernetes on EKS, and workshops on requirements engineering, CI/CD and architecture, with runbooks for the handover.
